Information we collect

When you use the flood zone lookup, we collect lookup telemetry such as the result zone and broad location details, plus Google Analytics 4 data about site use. Lookup telemetry does not include the street address you typed, house number, or coordinates.

If you submit the optional interest form, we collect your email address, the address you checked, its ZIP code, latitude and longitude, county FIPS code, your selected role, the flood zone result, the page path where you submitted the form, a hashed IP address, and the version of the consent text you accepted. We use this information to contact you about options for that address.

Why we collect it

We use interest form details to email you when relevant options are ready. We do not sell or share this information with partners today. We will ask for your permission again before sharing it with any partner.

Retention and contact

We delete submitted interest information on request or after 12 months if no partner launches.
